I look forward to speaking with you. I typically work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM, by appointment only.
Please note that I am usually not available on holidays, evenings, or weekends.
I typically respond to messages within 48 hours.
Please do not leave me a message for urgent or emergency matters. Instead, you may call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline for urgent support (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) at 988. In case of a true emergency, dial 911. I have additional resources for support if you scroll down on this page.
I normally have my phone set to go straight to voicemail unless I am anticipating your call, so please be prepared to leave a message.
